I have a Dell Inspiron running Windows 10. The keyboard was working fine last night but this morning none of the letters/numbers work. The backlight comes on when I hit any keys, but nothing registers in chrome or word or the cortana bar.
To resolve the issue, we ended up trying a dell bios update first, then disable sticky and filter keys by going to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > toggle off use filter keys option. End user reports keyboard working as intended.
