We have a customer that uses Sage Timeslips on a Remote Desktop Server behind a vpn, Users were getting the error “Your database has an error in an index file” when trying to enter their time.
Make a backup (because if this doesn’t work, you will want to restore the database).
Open Timeslips, Cick File, Data Verification, and check the box to “Rebuild Data Indices”
After if finishes, test it to see if it gives you any other database or index errors.
